In addition to providing over 8,000 leadership positions and delivering over 470 conferences annually for our membership of over 50,000 students, AIESEC also runs a global exchange program that enables over 10,000 students and recent graduates the opportunity to live and work in another country.

Today AIESEC Sri Lanka provides personal  and professional development experiences to young undergraduates and recent graduates from 4 Universities – University of Sri Jayewardenepura, University of Colombo, University of Moratuwa and University of Kelaniya. BUT WE'RE RAPIDLY EXPANDING Now! Every year young people from foreign countries are coming to Sri Lanka for internships in private companies as Management Trainees, in Schools or NGOs as Development Trainees and graduates from Sri Lanka go on exchanges to work in companies abroad from 6 weeks to 18 months.
