The National Leadership Development Seminar has being one of the major intense learning events for AIESECers all around the world. As part of the world’s largest student run organization which is dedicated to developing leadership potential of young people, AIESEC in Sri Lanka proudly celebrates 15 years of excellence in Leadership Opportunities, International Internships and Global Learning Environment this year.
In order to commemorate the success story of 15 generations, AIESEC in Sri Lanka proudly presents NLDS - 2010 – Sri Lanka. Every year AIESEC in Sri Lanka brings together most valuable members, foreign interns, corporate & non corporate partners, alumni and academics to build up dialogs to trigger leadership among different stakeholders. Through our conferences we enable our membership to build awareness around different world and local issues, connect with different business organizations, opportunities to develop leadership skills.
This four-day residential conference attracts nearly 200 hundred energetic, aspiring and action oriented local and international undergraduates & facilitates their development to become talented leaders tomorrow. The AIESEC conference is the moment the passion of our membership, the power of our vision, and the strength of our global network come together to create an intense learning experience.
NLDS 2010 is being organized by AIESEC as a step forward toward developing young leaders. This national conference enables participants to develop their leadership knowledge, helps out to find right place in modern diverse society and to discover and develop hidden leadership potential in accordance to world-wide leader’s experience. This year NLDS will foster not only intensive learning but also self discovery as well as self driven attitude towards the goals put forward not only related to AIESEC but also for their further career choices and advancements.
